I purchased a property from Africanos some 14 years ago and was in urgent need of a document that hat to be a sought from their archives. The lady in question did mention this at the time and I did actually say that althought I understood, it would be greatly appreciated for their urgent attention to this matter. To my amazement, the document was sent to me within 2 hours of my initial request. I was amazed and very pleasantly suprised as to the efficiency of the office.
