COMPANY DESCRIPTION
AFRICANOS PROPERTY DEVELOPERS is currently looking to recruit a motivated individual for the position of Office Administration (Part-Time) to join our office in Larnaca.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing administrative support to the management team.
JOB DUTIES
- Manage the reception area, including welcoming clients, associates, and guests
- Answer and direct phone calls, and take messages when necessary
- Arrange meetings, schedule appropriate times, and book conference rooms
- Prepare booklets with marketing material for company projects
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain records where necessary
- Record information in the CRM system
- Prepare emails, letters, application forms, and contracts
- Provide administrative support to management and the sales team
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- College/University Degree in Office Administration
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must be willing to be trained
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (verbal and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good internet and computer skills
