WE ARE HIRING A CIVIL ENGINEER

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer, who will be based in our office in Larnaca.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services for construction projects.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare costings and support budget control processes.
• Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination between all involved parties.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize project execution.
• Address and meet clients’ requirements in coordination with management.
• Prepare and review reports, technical documentation, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required).
• Proven work experience in procurement and site inspections (mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of internet tools and systems.
