A little over two years ago, my wife and I decided to buy our first property in Cyprus. Choosing the right location was very important to us, but just as important was choosing the right builder. We wanted a team with a strong track record and a solid reputation.
We chose to buy with the Africanos team. They build in great locations, have been around for a long time and after seeing several of their apartments, it was clear they deliver quality work.
We recently took possession of our unit and we are very happy with the result. The apartment looks great, the building looks great and everything came together as we hoped.
Along the way, a few issues came up, which is normal when building a new home. What really matters is how the developer responds and the Africanos team handled everything quickly and effectively. They addressed each issue and made sure it was properly resolved.
Throughout the process, we worked with many members of the team and want to thank all of them.
