Ms. Andria Antoniou

PROJECT ENGINEER

Andria Antoniou, PhD, joined Africanos Property Developers in 2026 as a member of the Operations Department. She is a Structural Engineer and a member of the Cyprus Technical Chamber (E.T.E.K.). Dr. Antoniou earned her PhD in Impact Engineering (2018) from University Grenoble Alpes, France, and is fluent in Greek, English, and French.

Dr. Antoniou has served as a Lecturer in Structural and Ballistic Engineering at the University of Cyprus (2025), at Neapolis University Pafos (2024–2025), and at Baoding University of Technology China (2024). She previously worked as a Structural Engineer (2020–2023) at the Centre for Advanced Structural Analysis in Norway and as an External Expert (2023) at the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC, Ispra). Her main responsibilities include coordinating contractors and subcontractors and supervising construction sites.
