Mrs. Iouliana joined Africanos Property Developers in 2024 as part of the Administration Department. She graduated from Intercollege, Cyprus, with a degree in Office Administration/Office Management. Mrs. Iouliana is fluent in Greek and has good knowledge of English and Bulgarian.

At Africanos, she holds the position of Office Manager, Personal Assistant to the Directors, and Marketer, overseeing the company’s daily administrative operations, supporting the Directors directly, and managing marketing activities. Her responsibilities include coordinating office tasks, liaising with external partners, and overseeing the company’s website and digital marketing initiatives to ensure smooth operations across all departments.
